Calibration management
Description
The key to controlling your quality standards
We see our calibration service as part of your repair and maintenance planning. Our aim is to provide you with complete calibration management solutions. At the forefront of this is the tuning of calibration cycles, planning dates for carrying out calibration work, the co-ordination of personnel and certified calibration equipment.
The calibration cycle:

Main benefits
- Consultation from trained specialists ensures optimal calibration periods thusminimizing costs
- Single company for calibration of all types and makes of instrumentation
- From in-situ to factory calibration, we assure full compliance to international standards
- Advanced calibration and calibration management tools ensure best results at best price
- Express services when needed to minimize plant downtime
Specific SOPs
We offer a full range of Standard Operating Procedures to support our on-site work. SOPs ensure that our work is repeatable all over the world. We also provide specific SOPs for your processes and instruments. Together, we will work out which SOPs have to be elaborated, which parameters have to be calibrated on-site and, in the case of high accuracy requirements, which need calibrating in the laboratory.
Calibration plan
Endress+Hauser will help you to establish your metrology plan by fixing your calibration specifications per parameter (maximum permissible errors, periodicities) or by defining the right reference tools according to their uncertainty.
Together, we will work out which parameters have to be calibrated on site and, in the case of high accuracy requirements, which need calibrating in the laboratory.
Have you got a tool for calibration and maintenance management?
Endress+Hauser's CompuCal™ solution ensures full traceability of your calibration records:
Software
CompuCal™/CompuCal™ Plus
Compucal™ and Compucal™ Plus are high performance scheduling and electronic software tools that help to control the scheduling activity around your installed base, providing traceable and auditable records.
- Issues work orders and reports as defined by maintenance personnel
- Can attach important documents as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), health & safety sheets, loop diagrams etc.
- Incorporates audit trail and high security features
- Issues certificates as defined by ISO17025 and deviation reports
- CompuCal™ Plus is fully validated to FDA 21 CFR Part 11
