Applicator Sizing Energy

 
The module Applicator Sizing Energy supports the product dimensioning of energy measurement points taking important application parameters like flow, pressure and temperature into consideration. Additionally the selection of a energy calculator is mandatory.  A part of the order code is determined.

Selection of the required components (sensors and energy calculator) for sizing and project planning of energy measurement points:

• An energy measurement point consists of sensors to measure flow, temperature and pressure and a computer like RMC621, RMS621 or Memograph M
   
• Sizing energy is the applicator module to determine the uncertainty of each parameter and the overall uncertainty of a measurment point. The accuracy (uncertainty) of the measurement chain and of the calculated process values is the dimension of the quality of a measurement.
   

• After the selection of the application, fluid, device and process specific conditions the tool calculates the mass, standard volume and energy flow based on the process parameters flow, pressure and temperature.
   

• Different tabs facilitate simple and clear navigation in the application. You can enter values and/or transfer values from selected fields within the tab. Representations of the application visually support product design. The tabs are called as follows:
   - Sizing
   - Fluid properties
   - Gas mixtures
   - Order code
   - Unit defaults
   

• In the module Applicator Sizing Energy it is possible to use customer defined fluids and gas mixtures.
   

• Applicator software offers the possibility of printing all of the information in PDF format and data calculated during dimensioning, copying the designed measuring point as a TAG into the project module for documentation purposes.
   

• MyApplicator - Adjust your preferences for Sizing Energy: The user has the possibilty to define and save his personal Applicator profil. A suitable Applicator inviroment is the best condition for a successful Applicator use!
   

• Seamless date exchange with other Applicator modules, e.g. with the product Selection enables the user to find alternative and suitable products while the dimensioning process.
