STEP 1: Select the product group
It is important to select the correct product group, since that will determine the appropriate shipping documents, address and RA number associated with that type of instrument.

Important: If you have more than one instrument from different product lines, you will need to initiate separate RA requests. Multipile instruments of the same product line can be submitted on the same RA.
