Facilities underscore Endress+Hauser’s commitment to collaborative growth with sales and service representative partners

Publication date: 06/22/2026

Endress+Hauser today announced the inauguration of two new US facilities, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued investment in its North American operations and long‑term commitment to customers, employees and communities.

Alongside its sales and service representative partners, on June 23 and June 25, 2026, respectively, Endress+Hauser officially inaugurated the Endress+Hauser USA Innovation Center and George E. Booth Co. Headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana, followed two days later by the inauguration of a new campus in Edgmont, Pennsylvania, developed in collaboration with sales and service representative partner Eastern Controls, LLC of PA.

Together, the two facilities represent major investments to strengthen Endress+Hauser’s US headquarters operations, expand its regional presence and deepen collaboration with longstanding sales and service representative partners, helping deliver top‑of‑the‑line process instrumentation, services, solutions and support to customers.

“These two inaugurations reflect our long‑term vision for growth in the United States and our belief in investing where our employees, customers and partners are located,” said Todd Lucey, Managing Director, Endress+Hauser USA. “Both facilities strengthen our ability to serve key industries while reinforcing the partnerships that are central to our success.”

Greenwood, Indiana - US headquarters expansion

The Greenwood inauguration formally opened the Endress+Hauser USA Innovation Center and George E. Booth Co. Headquarters on June 23, marking the completion of a $50.9 million investment on Endress+Hauser’s US headquarters campus.

The approximately 108,000‑square‑foot commercial office and light‑industry facility serves as a central hub for Endress+Hauser, housing the company’s projects and solutions, human resources and legal teams and its Flow Research and Development team. The building also serves as the headquarters for long‑time representative partner George E. Booth Co., bringing both organizations together under one roof to enhance collaboration and customer engagement.

“This new headquarters represents an important milestone for George E. Booth Co. and our partnership with Endress+Hauser,” said Scott Young, President of George E. Booth Co. “Bringing our teams together on the Greenwood Campus allows us to collaborate more closely, strengthen our relationships and continue delivering high‑value solutions and support to our customers.”

The Greenwood facility is expected to support approximately 190 employees over the next decade and includes a dedicated Design and Innovation Studio, with approximately 3,000 square feet devoted to STEM education and workforce development.

The space is also designed to host K‑12 field trips, educator visits and hands‑on learning experiences, including robotics, 3D printing, coding and Industry 4.0 technologies in cooperation with Purdue University’s Indiana Next Generation Manufacturing Competitiveness Center.

The building incorporates a range of sustainable design features, including geothermal heating and cooling, a solar panel‑covered roof, green roof portion, rain gardens, permeable paving and native prairie landscaping, reflecting Endress+Hauser’s commitment to responsible facility development. The facility also achieved LEED Gold certification, highlighting its environmental quality.

Edgmont, Pennsylvania - Northeast expansion

On June 25, Endress+Hauser inaugurated its new Edgmont Campus, an 88,437‑square‑foot facility that enhances the company’s presence in the Northeast and serves as the new headquarters for Eastern Controls, LLC of PA.

The Edgmont Campus, just west of Philadelphia, PA, houses employees from both Endress+Hauser and Eastern Controls, LLC of PA and is designed to support customers across industries including Life Sciences, Chemical, Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Minerals & Metals and Pulp & Paper.

“This inauguration represents a significant milestone in our 55-year history,” said Cliff McLaughlin, Jr., President of Eastern Controls, LLC of PA. “Our new headquarters allows us to expand our capabilities with Endress+Hauser as well as significantly strengthen our many other long-term partnerships by expanding our ability to deliver high-quality products, services and technical expertise to customers throughout our extensive geographical footprint."

A key feature of the Edgmont Campus is an expanded PTU® (Process Training Unit) and Innovation Center. The PTU® is a fully functioning process automation facility that provides engineers, technicians, students and customers with hands‑on training in flow, pressure, temperature, level and analytical measurement technologies, as well as gas detection and control valves.

Additionally, like the Greenwood facility, the Edgmont Campus is LEED Gold Certified.

The campus will also serve as the future home of the Northeast Community Career+Education Forum (CCEF), supporting STEM education and workforce development initiatives across the region.

A coordinated investment in the future

Together, the Greenwood and Edgmont inaugurations highlight Endress+Hauser’s continued investment in US infrastructure, its commitment to close customer proximity and the value of long‑standing representative partnerships. Endress+Hauser also shares a facility in Pearland, Texas with its sales and service representative partner Vector Controls and Automation Group, which opened in October 2021.
