Greenhouse Gas Compliance

EPA phased in the Clean Air Act (CAA) emitting requirements for GHG emission reporting

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mandate, 40 CFR Part 98, requires the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The final rule issued on May 13, 2010 sets thresholds for GHG emissions that define when permits under the New Source Review Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and title V Operating Permit programs are required for new and existing industrial facilities. If this impacts you and your organization Endress+Hauser is ready to help.
