Formerly known as the Rotational Development Program, NEXUS represents the next phase of career development at Endress+Hauser USA. The primary goal of the NEXUS Program is to develop individuals from early-stage talent to mid-level proficiency over several years by closely monitoring their progress to ensure readiness for mid-level positions. NEXUS guides individuals through their career journey and maximizes their potential for growth and contribution.  

NEXUS Engineering Associate

As an Engineering Associate, you'll embark on a dynamic journey within our Customer Excellence team. Spend 6 to 9 months immersed in our products, supporting partners and engaging with customers. This period is designed to equip you with crucial foundational skills for career growth. Following the six-month period, there may be placement opportunities as a Customer Excellence Engineer. Should there be no immediate openings for that role, your development will continue within the program. 

NEXUS Operational Business Associate

As an Operational Business Associate in the Customer Excellence team, your 6-9 month journey involves supporting customers, representatives, and the sales team with sales-related requests. Your primary tasks will include helping Sales Engineers with opportunities, managing sales processes and facilitating and establishing new customer and vendor setup. The end goal of this program is to be placed in a Customer Excellence role. If a role is not immediately available, development will continue.  

NEXUS Business Support Associate

As a Business Support Associate in the NEXUS program, you'll immerse yourself in the Business Specialist team for a focused 6 to 9 month learning experience. During this time, you'll develop valuable skills in various business operations, equipping you with essential skills for your future career. While permanent placement within the Business Specialist team is the goal, if immediate openings aren't available, you'll have opportunities to develop with other teams until an opening is available. 

NEXUS Next-Level Professional

A core focus of NEXUS is cultivating key mid-level roles within the organization. Employees are urged to prioritize their talent readiness and development plans through this internal opportunity, temporarily shifting priorities from their primary role to focus on development in critical roles within the organization such as regional sales manager, product business manager, regional industry manager and more.
