Endress+Hauser broadens its mobile calibration services
New mobile calibration rigs are now available across the U.S.
Endress+Hauser expands on-site calibration offerings by adding an additional 3 mobile calibration rigs to the existing fleet, making a total of 19 calibration rigs that service Endress+Hauser and third-party instrumentation including flow, pressure and temperature. All Endress+Hauser authorized sales and service representatives across the U.S. have mobile calibration capabilities, with more than 60 trained and certified calibration technicians.
Flexibility that offers customer-driven solutions
“Endress+Hauser’s network of experienced and certified technicians, along with our mobile rigs, enable our customers to work with a local partner who knows you and what you need,” said Lory Stobart, National Service Operations Manager, Endress+Hauser. “This gives the flexibility of offering a calibration solution that is customer-driven, reducing costs for our customers year after year while meeting quality and audit requirements”.
Prioritizing customer needs
With services that are ISO 17025 accredited, Endress+Hauser can ensure both quality and efficiency when calibrating instruments. On-site services provide end users and customers direct connection with technicians, mitigating confusion and downtime. The calibration rigs also eliminate the need to send in instrumentation, creating faster turnaround times. Traditional send-in calibration methods can take up to 1-2 weeks, but with mobile calibration, meters can be calibrated onsite in a day.
“The expansion of our mobile rigs allows us to serve our customers in an efficient way directly in their local territories,” Stobart added. “We can provide support where and when they need it.”
